Noteworthy adjustments include the use of gloves to cover hands and caps for heads. The sole modern addition to our production process is a domestic Mixie, the only electronic device in our unit.
The fruits and vegetables sourced from Farmer’s market for pickling are instructed to be carefully plucked when fully ripe, than kept for washing and sun-drying without resorting to artificial ripening agents.
Our pickles undergo a natural sun-drenching process in open spaces with ample room between containers to ensure each receives sunlight from all angles throughout the day. The containers are strategically placed in an East to West direction.
Why do we go to such lengths in our pickle production? Simply put, because our friends and families enjoy them too.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
